FEES TO TENANTS

Beauchamp Estates (Mayfair & Marylebone) Ltd. do not charge any fees to tenants/applicants.

FEES TO LANDLORDS

TENANT FIND

12% of rent (Inc. VAT)

  • Collect and remit initial months' rent received 
  • Agree to the collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide the tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

RENT COLLECTION

14.40% of rent (Inc. VAT)
  • Collect and remit initial monthly' rent received 
  • Deduct commission and other works 
  • Pursue non-payment of rent invoice and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide the tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

FULLY MANAGED

24% of rent (Inc. VAT)

  • Collect and remit initial monthly' rent received
  • Deduct commission and other works 
  • Pursue non-payment of rent invoice and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors (providing two quotes)
  • Hold Keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide the tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

ADDITIONAL NON-OPTIONAL FEES AND CHARGES (IRRESPECTIVE OF LEVEL OF SERVICE)

Inventory and check out fees vary, as subject to the size and characteristics of the property however, the quote will be provided beforehand.

 NO SET UP FEE.
