With over 18 years of experience in accounting and finance, Saida brings her professional knowledge in accounting, social, legal, cash flow management and cost-cutting skills to the company. She works with all agency departments.
Born and educated in the UK, Simon is bilingual and has been based in France for over 2 decades: first in Paris before arriving on the Riviera in 2002. He has transferred his experience & qualities for the benefit of clients, and the high-end property management department.
Born and raised on the French Riviera, Nathan is a perfect place to deliver a high level of services as a dynamic Villa rentals specialist; using his knowledge in tourism services and hospitality management makes him a true local with an international mindset.
Jane, a native of the Côte d'Azur, is bilingual in French and English, with strong Italian skills. With a degree in Real Estate Development and Asset Management, she brings dynamism and attention to detail to Congress Rentals, ensuring client and property owner satisfaction.
Aurélia grew up on the French Riviera in France and studied media and communication in both Paris and Cannes. After a few years of understanding the Real Estate industry, Aurelia has joined Beauchamp Estates to share her skills and knowledge.
With over 4 years’ experience in luxury holiday rentals, Sophie was born in England and moved to France at an early age. She graduated with a Master in Law from Nice Law School, specialising in the notary field (legal knowledge).
Born in Cannes and lived between France and Belgium for many years, Greg has always been in touch with luxury. Having worked previously as a private chauffeur for an international group he is used to high end and demanding clients he speaks fluent English. His dynamic, attentive and helpful demeanor allows him to have great contact with clients.

Lisa possesses a deep understanding of the Cannes and Cap d'Antibes real estate market. With a Master's degree in Corporate Engineering from the Faculty of Law in Aix-en-Provence, and following her partnership with Thomas Guion, they decided to create their own luxury agency in Cannes. There, they cultivated relationships and built their portfolio before joining Beauchamp Estates.
