Villa Ostria II & III overlook the bay of Megali Ammos, approximately a 5-minute walk from the old town of Chora to the left and Megali Ammos beach to the right.
Villa Ostria II & III overlooks the bay of Megali Ammos, approximately a 5-minute walk from the old town of Chora to the left and Megali Ammos beach to the right. Their sunset views are unpassed by any property on the Island, with the famous windmills standing proudly just beyond.
The Villa comprises of 2 separate villas, the 1st Villa is spacious and spread across 2 levels. The upper/main level comprises the master suite, a salon, kitchen, dining area and a guest toilet. The dining room table accommodates 6 people in comfort, as does the salon area. A sun terrace runs the length of the building, perfect for that first cup of coffee breathing in the morning air and exhaling the night before.
The lower level is comprised of 2 separate suites with salons and patios. The main level patio area encompasses a large built in seating area that is shaded by a pergola, sun loungers and an infinity pool. The patio wraps around the rear of the villa leading to a stairway directly down to the pedestrian gate to town. All of the patio areas have a full view of Megali Ammos and Canalia in the distance.
The 2nd Villa is slightly larger in scale, complete with a full size Boffi kitchen and outdoor shower. The main level contains 2 suites and a third is located just below the main patio area. The patio area encompasses a large built in seating area that is shaded by a pergola, sun loungers and an infinity pool. The patio wraps around the side of the villa where an outdoor eating area has easy access to the kitchen with a full view of Megali Ammos beach and Canalia in the distance. The dining room table accommodates 6 people in comfort, as does the salon area.
The master bedroom faces Megali Ammos beach through 3 picture windows. It is accessed off of the main hallway in the Upper Villa but located behind a lockable pivot door for privacy. For guest comfort the toilet and large shower room are separate to both the bedroom and each other. The second bedroom is often mistaken for the master. It is located off of the main hallway and the bed faces outwards to the patio with sea views. The bathroom and dressing room are integral to this room but concealed behind the bed. The occupants of this room also enjoy a private outdoor shower area.
The third bedroom is incredibly spacious with a separate toilet and shower room. As this room does not have direct access to the Upper Villa it has a small salon complete with fridge and coffee making facilities.
