This opulent villa offers 8 bedrooms for 16 guests, with 9 bathrooms (+2 WC). It includes heated floors, a fire pit, an elevator, a gym, a sea dock, and 24/7 guard service.

Main Building - Upper Level:

Room 1: Master bedroom with king-size bed, A/C, double shower, and sinks. It opens to a large private veranda and 3 private balconies with sea views. Accessible by elevator, external, and internal stairs.
Entrance Level:

Fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, fire pit lounge, dining area, smart TV, A/C, and WC. Direct access to the outdoor dining and pool area with sea views.
Room 2: Double bedroom with king-size bed, smart TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom. Access to a veranda with sea views.
Room 3: Double bedroom with king-size bed, smart TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom. Access to an outdoor lounge and fire pit.
Guest House 1: Double bedroom with king-size bed, smart TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom. Access to outdoor lounges.
Protected parking for 5 large vehicles is available.

Garden (Lower) Level:

The villa is part of a private community with shared access to a new 58 sqm sea deck, available for sea transfers at an extra cost, supervised by villa staff. Professional guarding service is provided seven nights a week (22:00-06:00).

The ground floor includes a staff house with a private entrance, laundry room, two bedrooms (for 8 people) with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a separate living room, and storage. Guests don't have access by default, but it can be arranged at an extra cost.
