Villa Amaryllis is a luxurious seaside retreat located in the Aleomandra region, within a gated community of six villas. This expansive property features eight master bedrooms and spans 1,000 square meters, just steps from Glyfadi Beach via a pedestrian-only seafront path. The villa includes a private road leading to a 40-meter sea platform, equipped with a shower, seating for three, a three-meter umbrella, and a specially designed ladder for easy access.

Accommodating up to 16 guests, Villa Amaryllis boasts nine bathrooms and two additional WCs. The villa is outfitted with heated floors, a fire pit, an elevator, a gym, and a sea dock, with 24/7 security for peace of mind.

The upper level features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, a double shower, and sinks, along with access to a large private veranda and three balconies with stunning sea views. On the entrance level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, and a dining area, along with a smart TV and A/C. This level also includes two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms, offering access to outdoor lounges.

The lower garden level includes additional guest houses, each with king-size beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms. The gym features an en-suite WC and yoga equipment, and the grounds are adorned with lush gardens.

Outdoor amenities include a heated infinity pool, sun loungers, shaded lounges, an outdoor dining area under a pergola, a fire pit, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a floating sea deck. Additional charges apply for heated pool service.

As part of a private community, guests have shared access to a new 58-square-meter sea deck, with options for sea transfers at an extra cost, supervised by villa staff. A staff house on the ground floor is available for arrangements at an additional fee, featuring its own kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms.
