The luxury, newly built villa Federica is situated on a quiet hill very close to Super Paradise, one of the most cosmopolitan beaches of Mykonos and just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, the port and the Chora, town of Mykonos, making it a very rare and exclusive island retreat.
Facing south, offers a unique view to the famous Aegean Sea while the property’s extraordinary complex of huge rocks, which extends in front of the villa pool is a standout feature of the spacious outdoor lounge area providing a high level of privacy. The two storey villa 300m2 together with the outdoor living areas more than 800m2, are part of a plot of land of 4050m2.
The villa consists of 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms with queen beds all with sea view, 3 of them in the main villa and the other 2 at the guest houses. The two guest houses have their own independent entrance, kitchen facilities and a living area.
The master bedroom with its large private terrace overlooking the sea occupies the first floor of the villa.
The dining area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living rooms on the ground floor, with furniture made by well-known Italian designers, as well as the steam bath and the central air-conditioning system, can offer luxurious and relaxing vacations to the guests.
Two broad balcony doors lead directly to a very large, flat, lounge area with the swimming pool and the open-air jacuzzi where different relaxation options are offered by either sitting on the comfortable sofas under the wooden pergolas or lying on the sun beds under the sunlight.
The stone-built cosy sofas surrounding the large wooden dining tables at the bbq-bar area by the pool will be your favorite place to spend most of your time. There are kitchen facilities there where you can prepare your meals and enjoy your drinks gazing at the Aegean sea. The sheltered pool shower and the wc of the exterior area offer full autonomy from the rest of the house. The villa is equipped with a power generator in case of power failure and more than 10 cars can be accommodated at the parking area.
The staff, who stay at the premises permanently at a discreetly located apartment with independent entrance to avoid disturbance, clean the villa on a daily basis and offer assistance to any request or difficulty it may arise.
