Villa Brianna is set in a 13.000m2 garden. Guest can enjoy the 25m pool, the play court with basketball, mini-tennis and soccer, a XL trampoline, XL chess or workout with the pull up bars. Inside, there is a pool billiard and table soccer game to play. Of course, one can also simply relax in the serene olive garden with yoga spot with its wide view on the hills and sea. The large living room and fully equipped kitchen face the pool, BBQ area and the Aegean Sea.
The villa hosts 5 luxury spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, all with private terraces. The 5 spacious bedrooms, all have kingsize double beds with access to their own bathrooms, fans and air-conditioning, and a private space to enjoy the fresh Cycladian air outside.
The extra large Master bedroom is on the first floor of the main building.The Master bedroom has a large private terrace next to the bedroom, and a very spacious terrace next to its bathroom. Its view is oriented towards the Aegean sea and island of Naxos.
One of the bedrooms is in the Studio, a separate building with independent entry. It has its own kitchen facilities, a (sleeping) coach and own terrace with beautiful sea view.
The White room is a double bedroom with a lot of atmosphere and beautiful views to the hills and sea.
The spacious Yellow Room has a beautiful view towards the pool and Naxos.
The Red Room has a large sofa coach to chill on or to use as extra sleeping bed.
At the main building there is also the study room - holiday office with the best view, and access to 2 balconies. In the basement one can find the pool billiard, table football game and sleeping couch.
Villa Brianna offers more than 200 m2 of terraces to sit and relax around the house. The outside dining area is equipped with a large gas BBQ for guests to enjoy.
