The reception room features double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light throughout the Residence. A dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and also includes an eat-in kitchen island and Gaggenau integrated appliances. The adjoining utility room provides a built-in Miele washer and separate dryer.
