2. Manage and develop Partner & Owner Portfolio in total autonomy
Commercial prospection (telephone, email, ground)
Ensure Portfolio loyalty
3. Administrative Management
Responsible of the process application for the department
In charge to fill all the necessary information in the database (related to properties, prospects, owners, partner, intermediaries...)
Manage the contracts between the agency and clients, owners, supplier
Manage Insurance
Manage suppliers (welcome pack, cleaning team, technical team, concierge...)

5. Reporting to management
Profile:
Fluent in English and French
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Office tools and Internet
High availability and flexibility (mainly during the rental periods)
Experience on a similar position in real estate / rentals
Driver license
Skills:
Excellent presentation

Common sense and good manners
Extreme attention to details
Work with methodical and organised manner
Ability to work with discretion & confidentiality

Ability to resist under stressful situations and pressure
