Jonathan Gray
CEO of the Beauchamp Estates agency
In 2003, at the age of 22, Jonathan Gray founded his first events company, JG Events. His feel for service and client-oriented approach quickly brought him success among a privileged, international clientele. Celebrities, businessmen and politicians entrust him with the organization of the most outstanding events on the French Riviera. This success has enabled him to open offices in Barcelona, London and Moscow, gaining him yet more international clients and partners in the event world.
Jennifer Charbit

Jennifer Charbit is a French business school graduate with a university diploma in media and communications. She has worked for several years with major institutions of the French Riviera such as a private bank in Monaco, a luxury hotel in Cannes and an events agency in Nice. Her experience and knowledge of finance, marketing, sales and communication make her a dynamic and responsive real estate specialist.
Jennifer provides a warm welcome to all and can also respond to requests in Italian – a language acquired during six months of studying economics in Florence. Athletic and refined, she has various passions from piano and cooking to decorating, kite surfing and golf.

Mikael Zwaans has a BA in International Business and speaks six languages including Swedish, Dutch and German. From the start of his career, he has specialized in property development, construction and civil construction for large groups in Monaco and abroad.
He is a Dutch resident of Monaco and has worked with Dutch, German, UK, and Monegasque subdivisions of a European construction market leader. He has developed an excellent command of various fields such as conceptualization, architecture, project finance and site management in the construction of residential buildings, shopping malls, business centers, business parks and multifunctional real estate developments.
Passionate about architecture and interior design, always helpful, and responsible for international customers, Mikael assists you with all your projects from the Cape of Nice to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Laurent Graffeo
Sales director
For over 20 years Laurent Graffeo held positions including sales director for advertising and regional press. A skilled negotiator, he eventually focused on luxury real estate while working for an international real estate group in Saint-Tropez. His profound knowledge of the luxury real estate market of the Cote d’Azur allowed him to take the leadership of the group’s agencies based in Cannes and Mougins. With a ten-year’s experience of the area, Laurent moved up and joined the Beauchamp Estates team as Sales Director.
Michel Besse
Real estate agent
Michel Besse knows the Riviera like the back of his hand, having lived in Grasse, Mougins, Le Cannet, Cannes and Nice.
He holds a Masters in Law and in Management and has worked in the financial sector for the perfume industry for over fifteen years in Paris, and ten years in the insurance business in Cannes. During his time working in the local real estate sector he has built up a broad range of contacts on the Riviera.
He is an amateur artist, a collector of contemporary art, and a keen renovator. He can advise on home renovations, such as turning dilapidated houses into beautiful homes with sleek modern designs, with a good eye for the use of space.
Valerie Ovadia
Corporate rentals specialist
Valerie Ovadia specialises in rentals for business tourism, having been a keen traveller. She spent ten years living in Guatemala, establishing and running a company dealing with the import and export of traditional ornaments. After returning to France, she developed the skills she had learned in South America into qualifications, focusing on the creation and development of touristic products, and in 1999 became involved in the real estate rental sector for business tourism. She has a great sense of service and efficiency. She is also an expert in the luxury sector having participated in the conception of the prestigious luxury magazine Egoist in Paris. In addition to English, Valerie is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Danielle Paban
Danielle Paban graduated from Brighton with a BA (Hons) in Foreign Languages and International Trade. Having acquired experience in sales and marketing of jewellery and luxury watches for large Parisian houses, she has been specializing for over five years in the area of luxury real estate, including rentals of chalets in Megève and Courchevel and luxury villas from Saint-Tropez to Monaco. Through her experiences in luxury sales in Paris, Danielle has gained an exceptional sense of service quality and the adaptability required to meet all requests of her privileged rental clientele.
