More than 30 years ago, Gary Hersham took over a small company managing rental properties in the West End of London. He was joined in 1981 by Penelope Court, who is now responsible for the sales of homes in London.
These two partners grew Beauchamp Estates into a leading company for luxury property sales in central London.

With UK clients continually looking for properties in the south of France, Beauchamp Estates set up Beauchamp Estates Cannes. The new company is a partnership with Jonathan Gray, the head of the luxury real estate agency JG Prestige.
In 2007 the new company opened its office near Cannes’ famous Croisette.
